After completing this course, you will know how to:
- Define a project and its constraints and attributes, and describe project
management, describe the role of a project manager and the skills necessary to
fulfill that role, and relate a brief history of project management, the Gantt
chart, and the Project Management Institute.
- Describe a systems approach to project management and understand organizational
structures and organizational culture, understand the importance of stakeholder

projects.
- Describe integration management, strategic planning, and methods for project
selection, develop a project charter and a plan, and monitor project work and
