After completing this course, students will know how to:
- Create a contact report, a report with specific data, a report with sorted
data, labels, sales reports, and modify and print a report.
- Create a template, add a template to Document Management Center, update a
template, and create letters by using Mail Merge.
- Create, run, edit, and delete a macro, and add a macro to a toolbar and delete
a macro from a toolbar.
- Rename and move a folder in InfoCenter, create an InfoCenter book, folder, and
topic, search InfoCenter, change access rights for a book, and delete a book.
- Import data from another GoldMine database and a text file, export data to a
text file, and synchronize data with hand-held devices.
- Add a user to GoldMine 5.0, change the password of a user, remove the password
of a user, and remove a user from GoldMine 5.0, and scan for duplicate records,
rebuild and pack a database, and create a backup and restore a database.
