After completing this course, students will know how to:
- Log on to the Entourage application and explore its environment to understand
its fundamental features and interface.
- Read, compose, respond, forward, and organize email messages so that you will
be able to effectively communicate with other Entourage users.
- Manage email using folders so that a clear distinction among different kinds of
messages can be maintained.
- Work with the Address Book by adding and managing contacts and mailing groups
to handle email quickly and easily.
- Use the Calendar to schedule appointments and create reminders in order to
suitably allot your time to various tasks.
- Work with notes, tasks, and the My Day tool to organize your activities.
- Work with the Entourage Project Center to create a project and collaborate with
other users, so that you can maintain a detailed account of all your
project-related activities.
