After completing this course, students will know how to:
- Define the basics of motivation, describe the motivation process, and describe
several theories of how motivation affects a person?s productivity.
- Improve their overall positive mental attitude (PMA) by becoming more
self-confident, overcoming fears, and differentiating between perception and
reality.
- Identify the Core Four (health, competence, relationships, and organization
skills), and understand how the Core Four components directly affect a person?s
overall PMA and motivation level.
- Define the motivation process as identifying goals, planning the steps needed
to reach those goals, implementing the plan, and evaluating progress.
- Work toward improving motivational skills by using the 21-day habit, writing
